Menopause and mental health 

The psychological symptoms that are associated with the menopause are often overlooked and very much misunderstood. They are very common including symptoms like anxiety, low mood, forgetfulness, varying  enormously for each woman. In some cases they can be extremely debilitating especially when trying to cope within the workplace, which makes it so important to raise awareness and provide information about them and to make women realise that they are not the only ones suffering from them.
