Just a short post to let you know about the menopause diary I’ve put together…a useful tool if you need one!
Sometimes it’s those annoying, niggling side effects of hormones that can really start to get you down…some would say all part of our hormonal journey…others would label them as part of the natural ageing process…
Firstly, have you got a headache or a migraine. Is it related to those fluctuating hormones, the tipple you had the night before, any food you might have eaten, or just the stresses of life?
A topic which comes up time and time again with many friends who have daughters are the differences between ourselves and them at this stage of life!
